Immunofluorescence Predominant nuclear localization of NONO in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed and stained with 5 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-NONO (C-terminal) (Cat. No. N8664) followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit, Cy3 conjugate (x40 magnification).
Immunoprecipitation Rabbit Anti-NONO (N-terminal) (Cat. No. N8789) and Rabbit Anti-NONO (C-Terminal) (Cat. No. N8664) were used to immunoprecipitate human NONO from HeLa cell lysate.
