Application: Neutralization Solution for blood has been used to neutralize extracted DNA prior to polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification.
General description: Neutralization Solution for Blood is used along with lysis solution for blood (L3289) for the rapid extraction and neutralization of human genomic DNA from whole blood, whole blood dried on a blood card, and cultured mammalian cells.

This solution is a component of the Extract-N-Amp™ and the REDExtract-N-Amp™ Blood PCR Kits
