| Application: | PCR 20 bp Low Ladder has been used as a marker for DNA gel electrophoresis. |
| General description: | Sigma’s PCR 20 bp Low Ladder contains 50 dsDNA fragments from 50 – 1,000 bases, evenly spaced in 20 bp repeats. Five μl of the ladder should be diluted in gel loading buffer and then loaded in a single lane on an agarose gel. |
| Other Notes: | Contains 50 bands, 20–1,000 bp in exact 20 bp repeats. |
| Other Notes: | For optimal resolution, the recommended agarose gel concentration is 2.5%. |
| Other Notes: | Sigma’s PCR 20 bp Low Marker is provided in a solution of 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), with 1.0 mM EDTA. |
