Immunoblotting Whole lysate of HEK-293T cells transfected with an N-terminal 171 amino acid fragment of human Huntingtin (with a 68 glutamine stretch) was separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Monoclonal Anti-Polyglutamines, Clone: 3B5H10 (Cat.
