Immunofluorescence HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 2 μg/mL Anti-PM/Scl-100 antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. P4124). The antibody was developed using Anti-Rabbit IgG (whole molecule)-FITC antibody produced in Goat (Cat. No. F9887).
