A portable, battery-powered pipet pump equipped with a tissue culture nosepiece incorporating a dual hydrophilic, hydrophobic 0.8 μm filter to prevent cross-contamination. Runs for two hours (pipetting 2,000 times) without recharging. Supplied with 4 replacement filters. Lightweight (<10 oz) and compact (<7 in.).
General description: Safe, convenient instruments for converting pipettes into hand-operated dispensers. Especially useful in confined areas such as laminar flow hoods. Can be used with glass or plastic pipettes ranging in size from 1 to 100 mL.
