The N-terminal FLAG-BAP Fusion Protein migrates as a 45−55kDa band by SDS-PAGE depending on electrophoresis conditions. FLAG-BAP™ Fusion Protein has biotechnological applications and is used in the screening of recombinant fusion proteins. |
