| General description: | GenElute 96 Well PCR Clean-Up Kit allows for high throughput purification of PCR products. The kit provides the necessary reagents for purification of highly pure PCR products. The DNA recovery is 75-90% for fragments of 100 bp to 10 kb and removes primers, primer-dimers, nucleotides, salts and polymerase. Once the PCR reaction is complete, the reaction volume is adjusted and Binding Solution is added. The samples are transferred to the Binding Plate where the PCR reaction is captured on the silica membrane. The bound PCR product is washed several times to remove primers, primer-dimers, salts, nucleotides, and polymerases.
