Immunohistochemistry Rabbit Anti-ATRIP Antibody, Affinity Purified: Cat. No. PLA0130: Detection of Human ATRIP by Immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of Human prostate carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified Rabbit Anti-ATRIP (Cat. No. PLA0130) used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1 μg/mL). Detection: DAB staining.
Western Blotting Rabbit Anti-ATRIP Antibody, Affinity Purified: Cat. No. PLA0130: Detection of Human ATRIP by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 μg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), 293T (Lane T; 50 μg) and Mouse NIH3T3 (Lane M; 50 μg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified Rabbit Anti-ATRIP Antibody (Cat. No. PLA0130) used for WB at 0.1 μg/mL (A) and 1 μg/mL (B), and used for IP at 3 μg/mg lysate. ATRIP was also immunoprecipitated using Rabbit Anti-ATRIP Antibodies, each of which recognizes a different epitope on Human ATRIP. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A and B).

Immunogen: The epitope recognized by PLA0130 maps to a region between residue 100 to 150 of human ATM and Rad3-related-interacting protein using the numbering given in entry NP_569055.1 (GeneID 84126).
Other Notes: ATRIP (ATR-interacting protein) forms a complex with the serine-threonine kinase ATR (ataxia-telangiectasia mutated rad-3 related) to function in the DNA damage response. Through its interaction with replication protein A (RPA), ATRIP aids the recruitment of ATR to regions of DNA damage. ATR-ATRIP interacts with and is regulated by Rad17 and the 9-1-1 complexes.
