Immunohistochemistry Rabbit Anti-WDR5 Antibody, Affinity Purified: Cat. No. PLA0256: Detection of Human WDR5 by Immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of Human breast carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified Rabbit Anti-WDR5 (Cat. No. PLA0256) used at a dilution of 1:200 (1 μg/mL). Detection: DAB
Western Blotting Rabbit Anti-WDR5 Antibody, Affinity Purified: Cat. No. PLA0256: Detection of Human and Mouse WDR5 by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 μg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), 293T (Lane T; 50 μg), and Mouse NIH3T3 (Lane M; 50 μg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified Rabbit Anti-WDR5 Antibody PLA0256 used for WB at 0.04 μg/mL (A) and 1 μg/mL (B) and used for IP at 10 μg/mg lysate. WDR5 was successfully immunoprecipitated by a Rabbit Anti-WDR5 Antibody which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 30 seconds (B).
Western Blotting Rabbit Anti-WDR5 Antibody, Affinity Purified: Cat. No. PLA0256: Detection of Mouse and Rat WDR5 by Western Blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 μg) from NIH3T3, TCMK-1, 4T1, CT26.WT, and rat C6 cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified Rabbit Anti-WDR5 Antibody PLA0256 used for WB at 0.1 μg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
Immunoprecipitation Rabbit anti-WDR5 Antibody, Affinity Purified: Cat. No. PLA0256: Detection of Human WDR5 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded). Antibodies: Affinity purified Rabbit Anti-WDR5 Antibody Cat. No. PLA0255 used for WB at 1 μg/mL and for IP at 10 μg/mg lysate. WDR5 was successfully immunoprecipitated by Rabbit Anti-WDR5 Antibody B, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure time of 30 seconds.

Immunogen: The epitope recognized by PLA0256 maps to a region between residue 50 and 100 of human WD repeat domain 5 using the numbering given in entry NP_060058.1 (GeneID 11091).
Other Notes: WD-repeat domain 5 (WDR5) is a member of the WD repeat family. The WD repeat is defined by four or more repeating units of a conserved core of approximately 40 amino acids ending with tryptophan-aspartic acid (WD). WD repeats may serve as sites of protein-protein interaction for adaptor proteins and facilitate multiprotein complex formation. WDR5 contains 7 WD repeats and is a core subunit of the human MLL and SET1 histone H3 lys4 methyltransferase complexes. WDR5 functions in facilitating the assembly of MLL and SET1 chromatin-modifiying complexes.
