Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified Rabbit Anti-GTF2B/TFIIB Antibody Cat. No. PLA0271 used for IP at 3 μg/mg lysate. TFIIB was also immunoprecipitated by Rabbit Anti-GTF2B/TFIIB Antibody B, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated GTF2B/TFIIB, PLA0271 was used at 1 μg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
