Immunofluorescence NRK cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.4% saponin. Fixed cells were stained with 5 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-Rab14 (C-terminal) (Cat. No. R0656). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3 conjugate.
Immunoprecipitation Rabbit Anti-Rab14 (C-terminal) (Cat. No. R0656) was used to immunoprecipitate Rab14 from Raji whole cell extract. Detection antibody: Rabbit Anti-Rab14 antibody (Cat. No. R0781).
