Immunofluorescence HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with cold methanol followed by cold methanol:acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 10 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-hnRNP-A1 Clone: 9H10 (Cat. No. R4528). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3 conjugate.
Immunoblotting Cell line lysates were separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with 1 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-hnRNP-A1 Clone: 9H10 (Cat. No. R4528). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-Peroxidase (Cat. No. A2304) and a chemiluminescent substrate. Lanes 1. HEK-293T 2. HeLa 3. G361 4. COS7 5. MDBK 6. NRK 7. CHO

General description: hnRNP-A1 (heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein) is a pre-mRNA/mRNA binding protein, that belongs to the hnRNP family. It is located in chromosome 12q13.1. It is located in the nucleoplasm but it travels between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. It has two RNP motif RNA-binding domains (RBDs) at the amino terminus and a glycine-rich domain at the carboxyl terminus.
Immunogen: purified human hnRNP-A1.
Physical form: Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, and 15 mM sodium azide.
