Immunofluorescence HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with cold methanol followed by cold methanol:acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 10 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-hnRNP-A1 Clone: 9H10 (Cat. No. R4528). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3 conjugate.
Immunoblotting Cell line lysates were separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with 1 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-hnRNP-A1 Clone: 9H10 (Cat. No. R4528).
