Immunofluorescence
Rat NRK cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.4% saponin. Fixed cells were stained with 10 μg/mL Anti-Rab5 (Cat. No. R4654) and developed with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, FITC conjugate.
