Immunofluorescence
Fixed and permeabilized Hela cells were stained with Monoclonal Anti-Rab5, clone Rab5-65 (Cat. No. R7904) at a concentration of 4 μg/mL and developed with Anti-Mouse IgG (Fab)-Cy3.

Immunoblotting Hela cell extract was separated on SDS-PAGE and blotted with Anti-Rab5 (Cat. No. R7904). The antibody was developed with Anti-Mouse IgG (Fab specific)-Peroxidase, antibody produced in Goat (Cat. No. A2304) and ECL substrate. Antibody concentration 2 μg/mL.

Rab5 is ubiquitously expressed in human tissues. It localizes mainly to early endosomes, but is also present on the plasma membrane. |
