Absence of ROCK2 alleviates atherosclerosis, whereas its overexpression has been associated with hepatocellular carcinoma. Genetic mutations in ROCK2 has been linked to the risk of Behcet′s disease . Anti-ROCK-2 recognizes human and mouse ROCK-2 (160 kDa). |
