| Biochem/physiol Actions: | AXL receptor tyrosine kinase (AXL) is a receptor for growth arrest-specific protein 6 (GAS6). Along with GAS6, it is involved in the GAS6/AXL signaling pathway which has a role in the acidification-mediated anti-apoptotic effect on endothelial cells. AXL also has a role in interleukin-15-induced human natural killer development from CD34+ hematopoietic progenitor cells (HPCs). This protein is upregulated in several cancers. |
| General description: | The Human Axl ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human Axl in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants and urine. |
| Immunogen: | Recombinant Human Axl |
