| General description: | Goat serum is applicable for a wide range of cell lines and primary cell cultures. It can be used as a supplement in growth media to culture primary cells obtained from guinea pig embryos, mouse peritoneal macrophages, monkey kidneys, chick embryos, and well-established cell lines. Serum provides essential nutritional and macromolecular growth factors for cell growth when added to the basal medium. |
