Immunofluorescence MCF7 cells were fixed and permeabilized with cold methanol followed by cold methanol:acetone (1:1). Fixed cells were stained with 2 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-SEL1L (N-terminal) (Cat. No. S3699).The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3 conjugate.
Immunoprecipitation Rabbit Anti-SEL1L (N-terminal) (Cat. No. S3699) was used to immunoprecipitate SEL1L from MCF7 whole cell extract. Detection antibody: non-related Monoclonal Anti-SEL1L antibody.
