Immunofluorescence (Indirect) Human HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton-X-100. Cells were stained with 5 μg/mL Anti-SIRT6 (C-terminal) (Cat. No. S4197) and developed with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3 conjugate (A) or with DAPI (B).
Immunoblotting Human U87 whole cell extract was separated by SDS-PAGE, blotted with Rabbit Anti-SIRT6 (C-terminal) (Cat. No. S4197) and developed with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Peroxidase conjugate (Cat.
