Immunofluorescence HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton™ X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 2.5 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-Sirt6 (N-terminal) (Cat. No. S4322). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3™ conjugate.
Immunoblotting Mouse 3T3 whole cell extract was separated by SDS-PAGE, blotted with Rabbit Anti-SIRT6 (N-terminal) (Cat. No. S4322) and developed with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Peroxidase conjugate (Cat.
