| Application: | For size exclusion chromatography; the HR grade is a smaller particle size with narrower size range distribution, allowing for more efficient separations at faster flow rates. Recommended fractionation ranges are listed for globular proteins and dextrans.. |
| Application: | Sephacryl® is used in gel filtration chromatography, protein chromatography, and resins and separation media. Sephacryl® has been used to develop a novel high-throughput screening assay for sickle cell disease drug discovery. Sephacryl® has also been used to purify and characterize ovine pancreatic elastase as well as a lysozyme from human urine. |
| Application: | Sephacryl® has been used in size exclusion chromatography purification of the Acacia tortuosa gum, dextran-RBA12 from Weissella cibaria and dextran from Weissella cibaria JAG8. |
