Any alteration in Transmembrane protein 35 (TMEM35) causes long term memory loss as well as impairs behavioral functions. TMEM35 regulates cell cycle progression and thereby modulates osteosarcoma cell growth, migration and invasion, making it a potent drug development target for therapeutics. In zona glomerulosa, the neurite outgrowth after sodium depletion is regulated by TMEM35. |
