Immunohistochemistry Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded ES2 xenograft, using CDT1(SAB2701049) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Immunofluorescence CDT1 antibody detects CDT1 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: SK-N-AS cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: CDT1 protein stained by CDT1 antibody (SAB2701049) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Western Blotting CDT1 antibody detects CDT1 protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CDT1 antibody (SAB2701049) diluted at a dilution of 1:1000.

Biochem/physiol Actions: Chromatin licensing and DNA replication factor 1/Cdc10-dependent transcript 1 (CDT1) is involved in minichromosome maintenance (MCM) loading at the G1 phase of the cell cycle. It plays a key role in origin licensing in eukaryotic cells. It is a DNA replication protein that stimulates the production of pre-replicative complexes and replication in the next cell cycle by accumulating at the end of the cell cycle. The CDT1 gene mutation can cause Meier–Gorlin syndrome, a type of primordial dwarfism.

General description: Chromatin licensing and DNA replication factor 1/Cdc10-dependent transcript 1 (CDT1), a G1-specific cell-cycle factor, belongs to the pre-replication complex (pre-RC). The CDT1 gene is located on the human chromosome 16q24.3.
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide containing a sequence corresponding to a region within amino acids 448 and 490 (Q9H211) of CDT1 according to AAH08676
Physical form: 1XPBS, 20% Glycerol (pH7). 0.025% ProClin 300 was added as a preservative.
