Western Blotting Human milk (5 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Lactoferrin antibody (SAB2701147) diluted at 1:20,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
