Immunohistochemistry Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded BT474 xenograft, using LAMP2 (SAB2701987) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Immunofluorescence LAMP2 antibody detects LAMP2 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min. Green: LAMP2 protein stained by LAMP2 antibody (SAB2701987) diluted at 1:200. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Western Blotting 293T whole cell and membrane extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with LAMP2 antibody (SAB2701987) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
