Western Blotting HHIP antibody detects HHIP protein by Western blot analysis. Mouse tissue extracts (50 μg) was separated by 7.5 % SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HHIP antibody (SAB2702069) at a dilution of 1:1000.

It is also a vertebrate-specific inhibitor of HH signaling. Single nucleotide polymorphisms in the HHIP gene are associated with increase in the risk of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). |
