Immunofluorescence Myc tag antibody [GT0002] detects Myc-recombinant protein by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: Myc tag transfected HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: Myc-recombinant protein stained by Myc tag antibody [GT0002] (SAB2702192) diluted at 1:2000. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Western Blotting Myc-tag antibody detects Myc-tag protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and Myc-tagged protein-transfected (+), 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Myc-tag antibody (SAB2702192) diluted by 1:20,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
Immunoprecipitation Myc tag antibody Immunoprecipitation of Myc tagged protein. HeLa transfected lysates were subjected to immunoprecipitation using (B) normal mouse IgG or (C) 2.5 ug of anti-Myc tag antibody [GT0002] (SAB2702192). (A) Input, 20ug of HeLa transfected lysates. The precipitated protein was detected by SAB2702192 diluted at 1:10,000.
