| General description: | C-X3-C motif chemokine receptor 1(CX3CR1) is a seven transmembrane domain G‐protein‐coupled receptor. The gene is located on human chromosome 3p22.2. CX3CR1 is expressed in different types of inflammatory cells. |
| Immunogen: | CX3CR1 antibody was raised against a peptide corresponding to amino acids 2 to 21 of human CX3CR1. The sequence differs from those of mouse and rat CX3CR1 by four amino acids (3,4). |
| Other Notes: | The action of this antibody can be blocked using blocking peptide SBP3500204 . |
| Physical form: | Supplied in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide. |
