Immunofluorescence SW620 cells were fixed and permeabilized with cold methanol followed by acetone. Fixed cells were stained with Mouse Anti-LGALS3BP Clone: LGALS3BP-A265 (Cat. No. SAB4100313) diluted to 1:20. The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3™ conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
