Enhanced Validation-By Independent Antibodies Immunofluorescence. HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 5 μg/mL Anti-PSPC1 antibody, Mouse monoclonal, Clone: 1L4 (Cat. No. SAB4200503) (A). The antibody developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3 Conjugate antibody, and 2.5 μg/mL Anti-PSPC1 (N-terminal) antibody produced in Rabbit (Cat. No. SAB4200068) (B). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3 Conjugate antibody. Results Two Anti-PSPC1 antibodies, SAB4200503 (A) and SAB4200068 (B), target different regions of PSPC1 show similar staining profiles between the two antibodies, demonstrating Independent Antibody Verification.
Immunofluorescence PSPC1 staining in HEK-293T cells. Cells were fixed and stained with1.2 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-PSPC1 (N-Terminal) (Cat. No. SAB4200068) followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit, Cy3 conjugate (×100 magnification).
