Immunohistochemistry Staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of human duodenum with 30 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-Claudin 4 (C-Terminal) (Cat. No. SAB4200574), and developed using Biotin/ExtrAvidin®-Peroxidase (Cat No. B0529).
Immunofluorescence MDCK cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% Paraformaldehyde and 0.5% Triton X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 1 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-Claudin 4 (C-Terminal) (Cat. No. SAB4200574). The antibody was developed using Cy3™-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
Immunoblotting Lysates were separated on SDS-PAGE and probed 2μg/mL Rabbit Anti-Claudin 4 (C-Term) (Cat. No. SAB4200574). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-Peroxidase (Cat.
