Immunofluorescence
RAW-264.7 cells stimulated with LPS were fixed and permeabilized with methanol followed by aceton. Fixed cells were stained with 5 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-COX2 (Cat. No. SAB4200576). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cy3 conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
