Immunofluorescence HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton-X100. Fixed cells were stained with 5 μg Rabbit Anti-CHD1 (C-terminal) (Cat. No. SAB4200588). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Atto488 conjugate (Cat. No. 18772).
Immunoblotting Nuclear extracts of human cell lines were separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with 4 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-CHD1 (C-terminal) (Cat. No. SAB4200588).
