Immunofluorescence HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4%Paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 2 μg/mL Mouse Anti-Myb, Clone: MB-8 (Cat. No. SAB4200617). The antibody was developed using Cy3™-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG.
Immunoblotting Whole extract of Jurkat cells was separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Mouse Anti-Myb, Clone: MB-8 (Cat. No. SAB4200617).
