Immunohistochemistry Staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human colon sections with 10 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-C9orf72 (Cat. No. SAB4200623). The antibody was developed using biotin/ExtrAvidin®-Peroxidase.
Immunofluorescence SH-SY5Y cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 6 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-C9orf72 (Cat. No. SAB4200623). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti Rabbit IgG, ATTO-488 conjugate (Cat. No. 18772). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
Immunoblotting Cell line lysates were separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with 1 μg/mL Rabbit Anti-C9orf72 (Cat. No. SAB4200623). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-Peroxidase (Cat.
