Immunofluorescence HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% Paraformaldehyde and 0.5% Triton X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 10 μg/mL Rat Anti-DHX9/RHA, Clone: 8E3 (Cat. No. SAB4200639). The antibody was developed using FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-Rat IgG.
