Immunofluorescence Caco2 cells were fixed and permeabilized with methanol followed by acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 0.5 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-PLEKHA7, Clone: PLK7 (Cat. No. SAB4200643). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3™ conjugate (A). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei (B).
Immunoblotting Whole extract of human HEK-293T cells overexpressing PLEKHA7 flag tagged protein. was separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Mouse Anti-PLEKHA7, Clone: PLK7 (Cat. No. SAB4200643). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-Peroxidase (Cat. No. A2304) and a chemiluminescent substrate. Lanes 1. 4 μg/mL antibody 2. 2 μg/mL antibody 3. 1 μg/mL antibody 4. 0.5 μg/mL antibody 5. 0.25 μg/mL antibody 6. 1 μg/mL antibody + PLEKHA7 immunizing peptide 7. 1 μg/mL antibody + non relevant peptide 8. Negative control: without first Antibody
Flow Cytometry 1×106 H1299 cells were fixed and permeabilized with 2% Paraformaldehyde followed by 0.1% Triton X-100. Fixed cells were labeled with 2 μg/test Monoclonal Anti-PLEKHA7, Clone: PLK7 (Cat. No. SAB4200603) followed by Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG, FITC conjugate. Grey histogram: negative control without first antibody, Red histogram: antibody specific staining.

Biochem/physiol Actions: Overexpression of PLEKHA7 was reported to be common in invasive lobular carcinomas (ILCs) and hence PLEKHA7 could serve as a molecular marker to differentiate ILCs from invasive ductal carcinomas (IDCs).
Biochem/physiol Actions: PLEKHA7 (Pleckstrin homology domain containing, family A member 7) functions as a cytoplasmic component of the epithelial adherens junction belt, with a subcellular localization and tissue distribution and connects E-cadherin-p120 ctn complex to the microtubule cytoskeleton. It has been reported that PLEKHA7 acts as zonula adherens (ZA) component, identifies Nezha, which further binds to microtubules (MTs) of the cytoskeleton, and forms a protein complex during cytoskeleton assembly.

General description: Monoclonal Anti-PLEKHA7 (mouse IgG2a isotype) is derived from the hybridoma PLK7 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminal region of human PLEKHA7, conjugated to KLH. PLEKHA7 contains WW (rsp5-domain), PH (pleckstrin homology), and CC (coiled-coil) domains.
General description: PLEKHA7 (Pleckstrin homology domain containing, family A member 7) is an adherens junction protein localized at the adherens junctions in colonic epithelial cells.
Immunogen: synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the N-terminal region of human PLEKHA7
Physical form: Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide.
