Immunofluorescence HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% Paraformaldehyde and 0.5% Triton X-100. Fixed cells were stained with 5 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-Histone H3 (C-terminal), Clone: H6.10 (Cat. No. SAB4200651). The antibody was developed using Cy3™-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG.
