ELISA Monoclonal Anti-Human IgG (Fc specific), Clone: GG-7 (Cat. No. SAB4200682) was serially diluted for indirect ELISA using 5 μg/mL IgG from human serum (Cat. No. I2511) for coating. The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-Peroxidase (Cat. No. A9917) and a chemiluminescent substrate.
ELISA Isotype specifity test: 0.3 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-Human IgG (Fc specific), Clone: GG-7 (Cat. No. SAB4200682) was used to detect the Fc fragment of Human IgGs. Reactivity is observed with all human IgG subclasses but not with human IgA, IgM or the Fab fragment of human IgG. The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-Peroxidase (Cat. No. A9917) and a chemiluminescent substrate.
ELISA Isotype specifity test: 0.3 μg/mL Monoclonal Anti-Human IgG (Fc specific), Clone: GG-7 (Cat. No. SAB4200682) was used to detect the Fc fragment Human IgGs. The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-Peroxidase (Cat. No. A9917) and a chemiluminescent substrate. Columns 1. Human IgG1-Kappa 2. Human IgG1-Lambda 3. Human IgG2-Kappa 4. Human IgG2-Lambda

• Imprint Immunofixation (IIF)
• Immunofluorometric Assay (IFMA)
• Hemagglutination (HA)
• Hemagglutination Inhibition (HAI)
• Particle Counting Immunoassay (PACIA)

Biochem/physiol Actions: The crystallizable fragment (Fc) of IgG has various important functions such as complement fixation, site for rheumatoid factor (autoantibody directed to Fc) attachment, passage through the placental membrane and protein A binding. IgG deficiencies are often associated with various diseases.

General description: Monoclonal Anti-Human IgG (Fc specific) (mouse IgG1 isotype) is derived from the GG-7 hybridoma, produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and splenocytes from mouse immunized with Purified human IgG myeloma proteins covalently coupled to polyaminostyrene (PAS) microbeads. IgGs are the most common Immunoglobulins isotype in blood, lymph fluid, cerebrospinal fluid, and peritoneal fluid. IgGs include four subclasses (IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4), they consist of a variable Fab fragment (which includes the antibody recognition site), and a conserved Fc fragment.
Immunogen: Purified human IgG myeloma proteins covalently coupled to polyaminostyrene (PAS) microbeads
Physical form: Solution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 15 mM sodium azide.
