Immunofluorescence MDCK cells were fixed and permeabilized with methanol followed by acetone. Fixed cells were stained with 5 μg/mL Rat Monoclonal Anti-Uvomorulin/E-Cadherin, Clone: DECMA-1 (Cat. No. SAB4200684). The antibody was developed using Rabbit Anti-Rat IgG, FITC conjugate.
Immunoblotting Whole extract of MDCK cells was separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Monoclonal Anti-Uvomorulin/E-Cadherin, Clone: DECMA-1 (Cat. No. SAB4200684).
