Immunofluorescence HeLa cells were fixed and permeabilized with methanol followed by aceton. Fixed cells were stained with 1 :1000 Anti-Actin alpa-Sarcomeric antibody, Mouse monoclonal, Clone: 5C5 (Cat. No. SAB4200689). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3™ conjugate. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
Immunoblotting Whole extract of Rat heart was separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with Anti-Actin alpa-Sarcomeric antibody, Mouse monoclonal, Clone: 5C5 (Cat. No. SAB4200689).
