Enhanced Validation-By Independent Antibodies HS68 cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton. Fixed cells were stained with 1.25 μg/mL Anti-Vimentin antibody, Mouse monoclonal, Clone: VIM-13.2 (Cat. No. SAB4200716) (A) and developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3 conjugate, and 1 μg/mL Anti-Vimentin antibody, Mouse monoclonal, Clone: LN-6 (Cat. No. SAB4200761) (B). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3 conjugate antibody. Results Two Anti-Vimentin antibodies,SAB4200716 (A) and SAB4200761 (B) target different regions of Vimentin show similar staining profiles between the two antibodies, demonstrating Independent Antibody Verification.

Immunofluorescence Human HS68 cells were fixed and permeabilized with 4% paraformaldehyde followed by 0.5% Triton X-100. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue) to stain nuclei.
