No. SAB4200763) (A) and developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, FITC conjugate, and 20 μg/mL Anti-Dystrophin antibody, Mouse monoclonal, Clone: MANDYS8 (Cat. No. SAB4200764) (B). The antibody was developed using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Cy3 conjugate antibody. Results Two Anti-Dystrophin antibodies,SAB4200763 (A) and SAB4200764 (B) target different regions of Dystrophin show similar staining profiles between the two antibodies, demonstrating Independent Antibody Verification.

Dystrophin is a 427 kD protein which joins the actin cytoskeleton to laminin. It possesses multiple domains and is localized to the extracellular matrix. Dystrophin contains NH2-terminal domain for actin binding. The C-terminal domain interacts with dystrophin associated protein (DAP). |
