| Application: | Anti-CCR7 antibody produced in rabbit has been used for proximity ligation assay (PLA). |
| Application: | Anti-CCR7 antibody produced in rabbit has been used in immunofluorescence (1:50). |
| Biochem/physiol Actions: | C-C motif chemokine receptor 7 (CCR7) harmonizes the antigen-specific immune response by combining T cells, B cells, and dendritic cells (DCs), to form functional microenvironments in the secondary lymphoid organs. CCR7 controls trafficking of skin DC under both inflammatory and steady-state conditions. This protein is also involved in emigration pathway of mature DCs from the skin to regional lymph nodes in vivo. CCR7 oligomers function acts as a scaffolds to link distinct signaling pathways for cell migration. Interaction of CCR7 with its ligand, CCL21/6ckine is essential for preferential lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma. |
| Biochem/physiol Actions: | CCR7 can stimulate the development of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). In human malignancies, CCR7 may act as an initiator of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). |

| General description: | C-C motif chemokine receptor 7 (CCR7) also known as EBI1, is encoded by the gene mapped to human chromosome 17q12-q21.2. The encoded protein is a member of chemokine receptor family and is expressed mainly by B cells, T cells, and on activated mature dendritic cells (DCs). |
| General description: | CCR7 is a G protein-coupled seven-transmembrane domain receptor. It has two high-affinity ligands, secondary lymphoid chemokine (SLC) and EB11-ligand chemokine (ELC). |
| Immunogen: | The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human CCR7. Immunogen Range: 170-219 |
| Physical form: | Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. |
