It is made up of an ezrin-like cytoskeleton binding domain, six PSD95/Dlg/Z-1 homology (PDZ) domains, and a leucine zipper motif. The FAP-1 gene is located on the human chromosome at 4q21.3. Anti-FAP-1 antibody detects endogenous levels of total FAP-1 protein. |
