MYBL2 gene expression is altered in breast, ovarian, liver, colon, rectal, blood, brain, and bladder cancers. MYBL2 affects cell cycle progression and apoptosis in a regulated manner. It serves as a cell cycle modulator in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). |
