| General description: | EPHB1(ephrin type-B receptor 1) and EPHA2 (EPH receptor A2) belongs to the Eph gene family of receptor tyrosine kinases. EPHB1 is present in venous endothelial cells during embryonic development to adulthood. It is located on human chromosome 3q22.2. EPH receptor A2 codes for a 976 amino acid, type-1 transmembrane protein with extracellular NH2-terminal and cytoplasmic COOH-terminal halves. |
