Chart Absorption and emission spectra of CF633 conjugated to Goat Anti-Mouse IgG in 1× PBS buffer.
Immunocytochemistry Relative photostability of CF633 and AlexaFluor 633 Goat Anti-Mouse conjugates. Jurkat cells were fixed, permeabilized and stained with Rabbit Anti-CD3 (Abcam) followed by CF633 or AlexaFluor 647 (Invitrogen) Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG conjugates. were continuously illuminated by a mercury arc lamp microscope and sequential images were captured equipped with a Cy5 filter set and CCD camera. Images were captured at 0 minutes, 1 minute, and 5 minutes.

General description: Immunoglobulin G (IgG) belongs to the immunoglobulin family. This antibody contains gamma (γ) heavy chain in the constant (C) region. IgG is a broadly expressed serum antibody. Monomeric structure of IgG constitutes two identical heavy chains and two identical light chains with molecular weight of 50kDa and 25kDa respectively. The primary structure of this antibody also contains disulfide bonds involved in linking the two heavy chains, linking the heavy and light chains and resides inside the chains. IgG is further subdivided into four classes namely, IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4 with different heavy chains, named γ1,γ2, γ3, and γ4, respectively. IgG is produced and released from CD5+B cells, the predominant lymphocytes in the neonatal cell repertoire. Maternal IgG is the only antibody transported across the placenta to the fetus. Maternal IgG passively immunizes the infants.

New Tariffs & Effects on Pricing

Tariff note: As we navigate the current environment of tariff surcharges and mid-year manufacturer price increases, we want to keep you informed. While we have avoided making specific decisions thus far, we anticipate that we will be forced to implement a cost adjustment policy to offset the fees we have already been absorbing.
