Immunoblotting Western Blot of (1) acid extracts of HeLa cells treated with sodium butyrate and (2) recombinant Histone H3.3, using RM179 at 1 mg/mL, showed a band of Histone H3 acetylated at Lysine 56 in treated HeLa.
